Visibility Without the Sales-y Cringe

The C.A.L.M. way to be seen, trusted and booked – without ever feeling like you’re “selling.”

If the word ‘marketing’ makes you want to quietly close your laptop, you’re in good company.

Most coaches, therapists and service-based professionals didn’t go into business to become salespeople; they went into business to help people. So when visibility starts to feel like shouting into the void or chasing people for a sale, it’s no wonder you’d rather hide.

Kim Morrison - Morr Marketing

Meet Kim, Founder, Marketing Strategist and Social Media Specialist

It seems like I’ve spent most of my career in marketing.

Get those shoulder pads ready for action!

From living a life of adventure and working globally, with different cultures, to 5 years in New York, where I worked for one of the world’s largest cosmetic companies. Very ‘Sex in the City.’

But I’ve also rolled up my sleeves and turned loss-making businesses into profitable ones, leading a strong team to achieve this and making sure we had fun along the way, even when times were tough.

Note to self:  You. Can’t. Do. It. Alone.

I honed my marketing skills over the years, and every business I’ve worked with taught me that marketing is the lifeblood of success. Fast-forward a few years, and in the words of Carrie Bradshaw, ‘Seasons change and Cities change’, endless travel lost its charm, and city life became less glamorous.

I started my business to make a meaningful impact and enjoy more freedom and flexibility. But reality had other plans…

In the early days, I was excited to leave the corporate world and dive into marketing for small businesses, coaches and therapists, thinking my schedule would finally be my own. From business consultants to creatives and service providers, we faced the same challenge.

Too much to do. Too little time. No clear plan.

The excitement soon turned to overwhelm, and instead, I worked around the clock, tied to my phone and laptop, and constantly struggled to keep up with the endless stream of marketing ‘must-dos.’

Cue: Frustration and exhaustion.

I felt far from free or flexible, and knew burnout was right around the corner if I didn’t change something. So, I got intentional.

I created a strategy to simplify my marketing and focus on what truly mattered, balancing both online presence and offline connections.

And now, it’s my mission to help others do the same.

Working with Kim 1:1, I got so much clarity.

And, I got so many different elements in place that had felt like huge elephants to bite. It resulted in me moving forward at a much faster pace than I would have done.

Kim is genuinely passionate about my success and has always been there to support, help and guide me. I would highly recommend anyone looking to begin, restructure or turbocharge their marketing to work with Kim.

Believe me when I say I’m familiar with the same wide-eyed, slightly frazzled look small business owners wear, which translates tohelp me – I should know this by now.
